Rendering over poor or damaged brickwork can provide an extra layer of defence against the elements and help to prevent further damage, as well as creating a more visually appealing exterior to your property.

Whether you're looking for a contemporary smooth finish or a more traditional tyrolean (pebble-dash) finish, good quality rendering adds value and curb appeal to your home.

The further addition of an exterior wall coating will give up to 20 years protection and allow the render to be coloured, adding to the wow factor.

From long lasting brilliant whites to subtle pastel shades, a range of colours are possible, including bespoke colours to your specification.

Re-rendering / Repairs

If you have cracked or blown render, we can repair it to restore a uniform surface, seemlessly blending in with any existing rendering in a good state of repair.

Exterior Wall Coatings

Following any rendering, re-render or repairs, we would always recommend finishing with a breathable, waterproof exterior wall coating to negate the future effects of wind, rain and frost and eliminate damp through water ingress.

At Exterior Eco Solutions Ltd, we believe in a satisfied customer and a job well done. We aim to work with the latest and best technologies available, using advanced building materials such K Rend GP mortar and HP12 base to produce a long lasting and superbly high quality finish.

Before the rendering begins, the area is well prepared, including the application of an anti-fungicide treatment prior to applying PVA.

A scratch (base) coat is then keyed to give a rough finish for the top coat to adhere to. The top coat can be completed to a smooth finish or tyrolean (pebble-dash) finish.

Whatever the finish, the final stage is to then protect the render with our coloured ProPERLA® exterior wall coating.

Guaranteed for 10 years and verified by the Energy Saving Trust, this forms a breathable, waterproof insulation barrier that helps to reduce your heating bills, keeping the weather out and the warmth in.
