Eastablished in 2013 and with over 30 years experience in the trade, Exterior Eco Solutions Ltd is a local family run business with customer satisfaction at the heart of everything we do.

We have a number of dedicated fitting teams, meaning we can undertake several different product installations for the same customer.

Unlike some larger businesses, each project is overseen throughout by the owner Phill, who quotes for the work and will visit the site and be on hand during the installation.

All quotes are based on a personal site visit to assess your needs and possible solutions, so that an accurate fixed price can be provided, rather than a rough estimate.

We don't have many layers of staff and the overheads of a glossy showroom, so you get more for your money, with the savings we make passed on to you the customer.

Examples include masonry cream applied to brickwork repointing preserving it for up to 25 years and intelligent glazing installed to conservatories and orangeries to ensure a year round ambient temperature for everyday use.

Rather than favouring only run of the mill projects, we offer a "can do" attitude and are happy to tackle specialist, unusual and difficult challenges. What we like to call a "square peg in a round hole".

This is something we're sure our customers will attest to. On visiting a Victorian house in Poulton, we were amazed to find the original wood sashes, beautifully preserved, but with energy inefficient single glazed windows.

Much to the owner's dismay, every other company had recommended ripping them out. They were delighted therefore when we said we'd be able to route out a channel, adapting them to fit thermally efficient sealed units to the existing frames.

Whether it be an arched or sash window double glazing, period sensitive composite doors, encapsulating existing feature windows, replacement glass in a wood frame or upgrading an existing conservatory to smart glass sealed units, we aim to go the extra mile.

Value for Money

We will always advise on the best solution for your home, the environment and your bank balance and are happy to implement work in phases if necessary.

If you have blown or cracked render and your finances won't cover the whole house, but one particular wall is causing you issues, we can quote for the whole house, but just repair and charge for that one wall.

We can then return at a later date when finances allow to finish the house and blend in the exterior wall coatings.

All work is guaranteed and we are fully insured to £10,000,000.
